Shipping and delivery

  • In the online store "optonica.lt" you can order goods at any time of the day, any day of the week. When ordering goods, you can choose the most convenient delivery method for you: we can deliver goods to your company, home or the nearest post office.

    The price of delivery of goods throughout the territory of the Republic of Lithuania depends on the weight and value of the goods you purchase. This price is quoted when placing an order. The goods are delivered to the specified address or to another place convenient for the buyer.

    Delivery of parcels to the Curonian Spit is an additional fee of €22, which must be paid separately.

    The goods are delivered to the buyer using the services of the company "Venipak" or through any other delivery courier authorized by us. When accepting the goods, the buyer must check the package and the condition of the delivered goods. After receiving the goods and signing the package delivery documents without comments, it is considered that the items in the package are in order, the package was delivered in order and none of the parties to the relationship have any claims regarding the goods in the package. If you do not take these steps, we will not be liable for:

    1. Product damage, if the basis for such damage is not a factory defect;
    2. Inconsistencies in the product package, if these inconsistencies can be determined during the external inspection of the goods;

    Goods weighing more than 30 kg are delivered only to the recipient's house/building.

    During the delivery of the goods, the buyer must present a document proving his identity. If the person collecting the goods does not match the data we have about the customer, or if it turns out that false and untrue data were provided during the registration on the website, or the person collecting the goods is under the age of 16 and has not acquired legal capacity at the time of delivery, we have the right to refuse delivery goods to the customer without any legal consequences. We are not responsible for errors or inaccuracies made during data entry, so we recommend that you fill in and recheck your registration data and delivery address very carefully.

    Delay in delivery of ordered goods

    We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of the ordered and paid for product. However, delivery delays may also occur due to circumstances beyond our control or unforeseen circumstances. Neither "optonica.lt", nor our authorized shipper or carrier can completely guarantee that the purchase will reach you exactly within the predetermined delivery period. Also, we are not responsible for any consequences that may be caused by the delivery of the product later than the standard delivery time indicated on our page. All risk of loss or damage due to the date and time of delivery of the goods shall be borne by the buyer.
